Thank you for visiting my website!
I have personally found that starting therapy can be incredibly daunting and often a source of anxiety or stress in itself. So I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself and tell you a little about me to make the transition easier.
Like many women in their 30’s I have an ancient diagnosis of ‘Generalised Anxiety Disorder’ and a huge question mark over my own neurology.
I am, however, the daughter, sister, sister-in-law, wife and mother of a neurodiverse family. Statistically, it is almost impossible that I am not myself some sort of neuro-different.
To try and better understand myself and my loved ones, I have studied a diploma in Neuropsychology and a Masters of Science in Psychology (Conversion). I am also a graduate member of the British Psychological Society.
My goal for Wildeflower Therapy Fife is to offer a range of welcoming, compassionate and supportive therapies that offer real life practical options to support, understand and enrich each clients unique neurology, behaviours and needs.
I live in rural Fife with my husband, 2 kids and our dog. I spend my free time reading, making art and growing enormous sunflowers.
